Leave of Absence

Our Leave of Absence Specialists support compliance related duties in accordance with company policies, state and federal leave laws to certify, track and determine eligibility for leaves. Including verification of employees requesting leave with the proper paperwork and submission of paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Serves as the subject matter expert for the client’s leave programs
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws relative to leaves
  • Stay abreast of legal and/or regulatory changes relative to Leave of Absence laws
  • Participates in the administration of leave programs and policies in accordance with the applicable federal and state employment laws (FMLA, CFRA, ADA, USERRA, Pregnancy Discrimination Act, etc.)


Our HR Onboarding Specialists communicate company and job position specifics to new hires before their start date, gather requisite paperwork for labor regulations, as well as prepare the setup and training schedule for new employees starting.

  • Support HR and Management by providing processes and guidelines on regulatory issues and compliance
